The Boulevard

The Boulevard is a clear based polish filled with a rainbow of hex glitter and silver reflective glitter. It is inspired by a street in Melbourne that goes all out on decorating their houses for Christmas, The Boulevard in Ivanhoe.
The Boulevard is opaque in two to three coats depending on nail length and application. Even though it is a clear based polish it's not really suitable as a topper because of the sheer amount of glitter. This does mean it dries textured so a thick top coat or glitter smoother under your top coat is recommended.
